LANNY ANDRIANI

Ever since she was little, Lanny Andriani has always had a fascination with art. The Purworejo-woman pursued this passion by entering ASRI, a famous art academy in Yogyakarta. Her drive for the craft quickly brought her to exhibitions of both national and international scales upon finishing her studies. Now, she is still actively involved in prestigious art events like UOB Painting of the Year 2015, where she acted as the lead of the project.

JAMBU AIR

The artwork titled “Jambu Air” (Watery Rose Apple) is one of Lanny Andriani's creations in Le Meridien Jakarta's collection. The objects in Lanny's paintings are often things that she loves or things that make her anxious. The watery rose apple, which is a staple Southeast Asian fruit, belongs to the first category. It contains many beneficial properties, such as maintaining skin health, controlling blood sugar levels, and curing inflammation.

BUNGA SOKA

The artwork titled “Bunga Soka” (Ashoka Flower) is one of Lanny Andriani's creations in Le Meridien Jakarta's collection. The objects in Lanny's paintings are often things that she loves or things that make her anxious. The ashoka flower belongs to the first category. It has a special place in Lanny's heart as it does in the hearts of the people of Nepal and India. The flower has many medicinal properties, which include curing diarrhea, increasing appetite, and quickly stopping bleeding.
